Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • Dashi stock
  • Miso paste
  • Tofu
  • Green onions
  • Seaweed

Instructions

  1. Heat dashi stock.
  2. Dissolve miso paste in a ladle of stock.
  3. Add tofu and seaweed.
  4. Simmer gently.
  5. Garnish with green onions.
